We try to deliver when the majority of offices are open. Closed Schools are not always a good indication of whether the roads are safe for us to be on.

Our Policy is :

In the event of a large snow storm...looking out your window and thinking "hell no" we will email our customers to let them know we will not be delivering on that day. Delivery will resume the following day.

In the event of school cancellations, we will email our customers on the morning of and see who has made it into their office. If the majority have made it in, delivery will occur as per usual..we may be a bit delayed though. If the majority of offices are closed, delivery will occur on the following day.

In either case we will update our facebook page with current information.

Some days Mother Nature doesn't agree with our delivery plan.
